Mintcap Brokers is Trading and Self Clearing member of Bombay Stock Exchange (“BSE”) – Member Code 6903 and National Stock Exchange(“NSE”) – Member Code 90430, AMFI registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN:289109) and Category II Execution Only Platform (“EOP”) registered with BSE (EOP Code E6903).
Mintcap Brokers owns and operates the website bearing URL www.capmint.com; www.fundsmint.com and the mobile application “Capmint” and “FundsMint” collectively referred as “Platform.”
“You,” “you, “Your”, “your” shall mean the “Client” or “User” or anyone who visits, accesses, or uses the Platform or obtains Services of Mintcap Brokers through the Platform.

All information disclosed by you or collected from you shall be deemed to be disclosed/ collected by/from you willingly and not under coercion. The Company shall not, in any manner, be obliged to verify / authenticate the information disclosed by you/ collected from you and shall not be liable.
